Terms of Service

Last updated September 3, 2026

These Terms govern your use of Answerly AI. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.

What Answerly AI is: a study assistant that helps you understand academic questions by generating step-by-step explanations, either through built-in solvers or AI models. It is a learning aid, not a substitute for instruction from a teacher, and not a guarantee of a correct answer.

Accuracy disclaimer: answers, explanations, and any AI-generated content may contain mistakes. Always verify anything important — an exam answer, a factual claim, a date, an amount — against a reliable source before relying on it. This applies in particular to Current Affairs and Job Vacancy information: we surface publicly available information as a convenience, but we don't control the underlying source, and details like deadlines, eligibility, or vacancy counts can change. Always confirm on the official website linked in the listing before you rely on it, especially before applying for anything.

Your account: you're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering.

Acceptable use: don't use Answerly AI to scrape, automate, or abuse the service in a way that degrades it for other users; don't attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse the underlying solvers or AI capabilities; don't upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or that you don't have the right to share.

Third-party content and links: some features (Current Affairs, Job Vacancies) link out to third-party and government websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of those external sites once you leave the app.

Your content: you retain ownership of the questions and content you submit. By submitting it, you give us permission to process it in order to provide the service (e.g. running it through OCR and a solver or AI model).

Termination: you can delete your account at any time (see our Account Deletion page). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Limitation of liability: Answerly AI is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made based on the app's answers, explanations, or third-party content, including academic, financial, or job-application outcomes.

Governing law: these Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Changes: we may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after a change means you accept the update.
