You can permanently delete your Answerly AI account and all of its data at any time, directly from the app — Settings > Delete Account. No need to contact support.
What gets deleted: your profile (name, email); every chat session and message; all uploaded question images, including the underlying files in storage; your practice sets, quiz attempts, and results; your study timer history; any registered devices and notifications; and any feedback you've submitted.
When it happens: deletion is immediate and permanent. Once confirmed, there is no way to recover the account or its data — we cannot restore it, even if you ask us to.
If you're unable to access the app (lost access, uninstalled it, etc.) and still want your account deleted, contact us using the details on our About Us page and we'll take care of it manually, verifying your identity first.
